F.A.Q.: I upload images/music/video files to my KEO but it doesn't "see" them. Why?

There are two primary reasons for a player not to "see" the files you are uploading.

1. They are in a wrong format. Formats and compatibility are explained here:

2. You are uploading them to a sub-directory, while the player by default searches for files in the ROOT directory.
You have to "show" your player which folder do you want it to play, in order for it to "see" files from some of the sub-directories that you have created.

To do so:
- click "MENU" while in the "PHOTO", "MUSIC", "VOICE" or "MOVIE" mode;
- Select "Local Folder" from the list that will appear and click "MENU" again;
- Use arrow buttons to select the folder that you created. Click "MENU" again;
- Use arrow buttons to highlight the image/video/music file from that folder that you want to play, then
click "MENU" again.

Now this folder is set as the default playback directory. Click "Play" and enjoy your media.
