F.A.Q.: How do
I load video files on my KEO??
You will find some details on this
procedure in your manual.
Briefly, this procedure will consist of the following
steps:
1. Install “AMV Convert
Tools”. Latest version is available here:
MP3set4_00.zip,
(7Mb)
2. To ensure compatibility with maximum
video formats install “Storm Codec” pack
from bundled CD, folder “Codecs”, file
“StormCodec5.03.exe”.

3. You may wish to also install DivX
codec from its official website: www.divx.com
as a lot of video content providers are using this
codec for compression these days.
4. Run “AMV Convert Tool”
program from “MP3 Player Utilities” in
your “Program Files” directory.
5. Select a file to convert by clicking
“Add File” button as shown below:
6. Select an output folder
by clicking “AMV Path” button:
7. Click “START”
to begin conversion.
8. You can also set the advanced
properties for conversion:
- segment of a file to be converted;
- the size of output AMV file (128x128 for 1.5"
screen KEO players, or 160x120 for 1.8" screen);

Then click “Settings” to enter advanced
properties screen and do all the necessary adjustments:
IMPORTANT
- set output file size to 128x128 for KEO models with
1.5" screen;
- set output file size to 160x120 for KEO models with
1.8" screen;
6. Copy converted .AMV files onto your
player and enjoy.
