When in “Radio Mode”
my signal is bad……
Try re-positioning yourself in your surroundings.
Your headphones in fact serve as the receiving antenna
for the player, changing your location may help alot.
In case you continue to have problems with this feature
on the player, while other radio-receiving devices
work fine in your area, please fill in the RMA
form and send it to us at: support@icetechusa.com
We will assign your case an RMA number and will send
you the detailed instructins on where to ship the
player for repairs/replacement.
