We offer a 3 Week Money Back Guarantee* on all new and
unused merchandise, in its original packaging. Used
products may not be returned. Use is defined as any
attempt to open packaging and use the item. Product
with missing warranty label/tag can not be accepted
for returns.
All products come with 1 year full parts and labor warranty.
Product with missing warranty label/tag will be fixed
at the customer’s expense.
Breakage is insured in shipment. Please contact carrier
immediately if damage is noted on a parcel. Used products
may not be returned. All defective products can be repaired
/ replaced / exchanged / refunded. Shipping costs for
returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping
costs will not be refunded on returns or refused packages.
Returned merchandise will be 100% checked. The good
condition or out of warranty one will be shipped back.
Our offer for replacement or credit is valid only for
3 weeks from the date of purchase.
To return the product - contact customer support for
your RMA number.
NO returns will be processed without RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number.
Purchasers agree to abide to all local laws and regulations
in their area. Purchasers are responsible for all import
taxes and duties imposed.

This warranty DOES NOT COVER accessories or malfunction
due to alteration or accident. Under the terms of the
warranty any defective item will be replaced within
15 days after its receipt.
To be eligible for replacement, each return MUST be
accompanied by a filled RMA form with RMA number indicated
on it. RMA number MUST be obtained from iceTECH through
contacting support@icetechusa.com prior to shipping
the return.
Product MUST NOT be returned to a retailer. This is
a manufacturer's warranty only.
